Aims & Scope
Cybernetics and Information Technologies is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal, which published original theoretical and application scientific papers as well as analytical surveys on different aspects of Computational Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Applications, Information Technologies, and Systems and Control Engineering. The journal topics include: artificial intelligence; deep and machine learning; data mining; linguistic modelling; control theory and applications; high-performance computing; scientific computations; computer communication technologies; signal and image processing; software technologies; information technologies in education; information processes and systems; operational research, pattern recognition (the list is not exhausting).
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
The journal acknowledges and adheres to the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) (see details in ‘Editorial Policy').
The journal publishes 4 regular issues per annum and some additional special thematic issues with selection of extended papers from international scientific events.
Cybernetics and Information Technologies is a single-blind peer-reviewed journal.
