Performance evaluation can promote the continuous improvement of the laboratories in a college. It is necessary to take into account the scientific evaluation method during the process of the performance evaluation. In this paper, a performance evaluation method based on the fusion of the decision tree and BP neural network is presented. In detail, the decision tree model is used to select performance evaluation indexes with high weight. The BP neural network was adopted aiming to reduce the impact of assessment prediction of classification by non-core factors. First, the data were pre-processed by trapezoidal membership function. Then, the decision tree was generated by the C4.5 algorithm to select the evaluation indexes with high weight. Then, the BP neural network was trained with as many samples as possible by evaluation indexes; it possesses experts’ experience which can be used to predict the performance evaluation results. The method overcomes the shortages of the separate model, eliminates the disturbance of human factors and improves the accuracy of the evaluation. Experiments show that the model is feasible and effective in performance evaluation of college laboratories. The outcomes of this work can provide a scientific evaluation method for people such as researchers, college administrators and laboratory managers. Also, this paper will help them to improve the management of laboratories and provide them with decision references for constructing the laboratories.

This paper proposes a mathematical function movement model based on the gait movement of the human body and, in particular, on the trajectory of the limbs during human movement. The article systematically measures and experimentally deals with the trajectory of the limbs of 40 students in the walking movement. The linear high-order polynomial fitting method eliminates the motion error. Simultaneously, the linear relationship least square method is used to obtain the expression of the limb motion function. Finally, the mathematical model of the limb motion trajectory is obtained. It is verified through experiments that the model proposed in the thesis can calculate the law of limb movement and movement parameters of any person under normal walking movement. This research has high research value for human movement rehabilitation and the design of wearable equipment.
People exercising under high ambient temperature will cause changes in physiological indicators. In order to study the thermal physiological state of the human body, we randomly selected 18 volunteers into the thermal environment exercise group and the room temperature exercise group. Two groups of volunteers performed aerobic exercises in different thermal environments. In the case of exercise performed every 15 min, the volunteers’ hemorheology, physical performance rating (RPE) value and rectal temperature (Tre) were tested. At the same time, we recorded the physiological indicators of the volunteers and simulated the thermal physiology. The results showed that there was a difference in the thermal physiology of the two groups of volunteers, and the hemorheology and the self-strain rating scale were highly correlated in the thermal environment (r=0.839, P<0.01). For this reason, we can conclude that exercising in a hot environment will make people have a heavier heat stress response, and thus render them more likely to undergo muscle fatigue. It is advised that exercising at high temperatures may be avoided as much as possible.
The paper uses mathematical-statistics–related methods to conduct an MCM examination of the physical health of all freshmen in a particular university. The study found that taking first-year students as the research object enables the inference that the four primary factors of college students’ physiological structure, physical form, psychological level and athletic ability can form a mathematical vertebral body model. This model can point out a new path for studying students’ physical health and realise a comprehensive assessment of students’ physical health.
The paper proposes a data model analysis algorithm for human motion function based on short-term behaviour. The algorithm uses a functional data analysis (FDA) method to perform Fourier fitting on the motion data and extract the fitted approximate single period data. Finally, the algorithm depicts the internal change in the motion in the low-dimensional space. The study found that the characteristic motion data obtained by the algorithm has smooth characteristics, and the relevant case analysis also verifies the algorithm's effectiveness.
This article uses a finite element nonlinear mathematical model to analyse the psychological conditions of children with certain physical defects. The thesis uses exercise and psychological intervention to intervene in children with material defects and scores the children’s mental state and cognitive status after the intervention. After our training and psychological intervention, the study found that the psychological evaluation scores of children with physical defects increased significantly. Before and after the intervention, there are apparent differences in children’s cognition in vocabulary and arithmetic. There is a nonlinear negative correlation between children’s cognitive abilities with physical defects and the scores of mental health status and neuropsychological evaluation. For this reason, the study concluded that movement and psychological intervention play a significant role in improving the cognitive function of children with physical defects.

The pricing and hedging of financial derivatives have become one of the hot research issues in mathematical finance today. In the case of non-risk neutrality, this article uses the martingale method and probability measurement method to study the pricing method and hedging strategy of financial derivatives. This paper also further studies the hedging strategy of financial derivatives in the incomplete market based on the BSM model and converts the solution of this problem into solving a vector on the Hilbert space to its closure. The problem of space projection is to use projection theory to decompose financial derivatives under a given martingale measure. In the imperfect market, the vertical projection theory is used to obtain the approximate pricing method and hedging strategy of financial derivatives in which the underlying asset follows the martingale process; the projection theory is further expanded, and the pricing problem of financial derivatives under the mixed-asset portfolio is obtained. Approximate pricing of financial derivatives; in the discrete state, the hedging investment strategy of financial derivatives H in the imperfect market is found through the method of variance approximation.

Human resource management organisation's goal must be achieved by regulating employee behaviour through a restraint system. We conduct quantitative research on employee behaviour under organisational constraints, which is an essential means to ensure the organisation's healthy and stable development. The employees themselves adapt to the organisational goals, obey the organisation's constraint system and allocate their resources so that there is less research on optimising their behaviour. This article briefly reviews the research and application of economic theory, organisational behaviour, human resource management and other aspects of optimising employee resource allocation behaviour. The thesis defines organisational resources and divides them into three types. Based on the constraint system, we turn the organisation's control, requirements or incentives on employee behaviour into above or below employee operating constraints; we believe that the constraint system has the characteristics of discrete and hanging river effects, and we have obtained an evaluation. Two algorithms of the organisational constraint system. The article discusses employee resources and behaviours. At the same time, it attempts to construct a quantitative model based on the employee's multi-objective, nonlinear, continuous and discrete constraints, on the allocation of resources and behaviour optimisation and on the employee's adaptation to the organisational constraints. Under the premise of optimisation, several situations in which the model solves the optimal solution are studied. The research found that this article can fill the gaps in employees’ self-adaptation to organisational goals and behaviour optimisation quantitative models.

In the context of Internet big data, the market characteristics of the financial market can be used to feed back its stability with the help of differential equation models. China's financial market is roughly divided into three main markets: stocks, currency and foreign exchange. The interaction of the three has promoted the development of the financial market. With this as a background, the paper aims at these three financial markets and selects relevant indicators that can reflect the indications of the financial market to construct differential equations to analyse the relationship between the three. The paper uses the nonlinear characteristics of ordinary differential equations and related algorithms to solve the three types of market models. It uses an example to demonstrate that the differential equation model proposed in this paper can feed back the evolutionary characteristics of the three, and this model can help investors produce more correct investment decisions.

Based on the traditional form of the endogenous growth model, and for it to increase the micro-foundation that includes the homogeneous and representative bank resource allocation, this paper constructs an endogenous economic growth model that includes the investment structure of the residential sector and financial deepening. Using China’s prefecture-level data proves that due to the inherent difference between the central planner’s single equilibrium solution and the family’s decentralised equilibrium solution, when the residential sector’s preference for real estate investment causes the investment structure to deviate from the optimal level of society, the increase in the proportion of real estate investment The allocation efficiency of financial resources has a significant inhibitory effect and drags down the realisation of long-term potential economic growth. In the absence of a central planner in a market economy, increasing leverage may not mean financial deepening, but may reduce financial efficiency (FEt) and accumulate systemic financial risks.

Abstract
Financial accounting, the use of historical cost of assets, is an important basic principle of historical cost, which is to become the dominant mode of accounting measurement. Background analyses, as well as the historical cost basis and fair value, result from the development of the theory of historical cost and fair value. Historical cost and fair value measurement model has its own advantages and problems. Based on this background, the paper applies B-theoretical numerical methods to differential equations pan function analysis for calculation of fair value accounting and conducts theoretical analysis of their stability and convergence. Finally, numerical examples with different methods of calculating an approximate solution are provided and a comparison of the various methods is done based on the results obtained. The results show fair value accounting better meets the needs of the target –decision-making availability, compared to historical cost or fair value, more in line with the requirements of Accounting Information Quality.

The trajectory tracking of badminton players’ arm shots can be used effectively to enhance the player’s shot quality. To track the image trajectory of the batting arm, it is necessary to calculate the body posture ratio and tightness of the target area of the batting arm, to filter the background interference of the image segment of the batting and to complete the efficient tracking of the trajectory of the arm batting image. The traditional method combines the adaptive threshold segmentation method to extract the hitting arm target from the background, but ignores filtering out the background interference of the hitting image fragment. This paper proposes a trajectory tracking method based on the morphological operator of the batter image of the arm stroke. The method consists of (1) differentially calculating the image sequence of the hitting arm during two consecutive shots, (2) estimating the Gaussian model parameters of the differential image of the hitting arm during the hitting process, (3) extracting the outline of the moving target of the hitting arm during the hitting process and then calculating the body posture ratio of the hitting target area and compactness, (4) filtering the background interference of the shot image fragment, (6) constructing a global matching approximation function of the moving target and (7) finally determining the motion trajectory of the badminton arm of the batter. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively track the target of the hitting arm during the hitting process and generate a continuous trajectory of the hitting arm.

The thesis combines the mathematical method of fractional differential equations to design a new type of omnidirectional moving platform mechanism, which realises the movement in any direction in the plane and can turn at any radius during the movement. From the perspective of kinematics, the mathematical relationship between wheel speed and robot trajectory is analysed, and a virtual prototype technology combined with Pro/E and Adams joint modelling and simulation method is used to establish an accurate and reliable virtual prototype model. The category of audio-visual dysfunction represents the largest group of children with delayed language development. Audio-visual dysfunction not only affects children's normal communication but also hinders their growth, becoming the main reason affecting their life and learning. In China, medical resources for children with audio-visual dysfunction are noticeably insufficient and cannot be valued. The rehabilitation exercise cycle is long, and patients and their parents are mostly unable to adhere to it in the long-term. Aiming at addressing these problems, this paper tries to design and study the family treatment system of audio-visual dysfunction independently. Users with experience design users for zhongtun, jizuatun and li, experience full link, pay attention to the details of each experience point, strive to accurately complete each treatment training in the most efficient display space and play the training function of the acme. Behind the emotional expression, a good design with common characteristics of user experience is made through the front iteration process of user model establishment and data accumulation. The research content of this paper is structured as follows: first, it studies the principle of user experience, analyses the influence of mobile devices on pre-school children and discusses the characteristics of existing children's educational toys and children's interactive products, as well as the physical and intellectual characteristics of pre-school children. Then, the classification, causes and treatment of children's visual and audio impairment are discussed. The design method of combining the theoretical movement of user experience with children's audio-visual functional family therapy system is mentioned. Then, more effective user requirements were collected through observation of target user behaviour, single interview and exploration of storage and modelling. The paper analyses the impact of ligament stretch and tension on the speed of movement in martial arts from the perspective of sports physiology. It establishes the numerical relationship between the peak impact value of the ligament speed and the differential equation of the flexibility of the joints in the initial stage of tension (impact peak). It was found that the differential equation of the ligament tension of the movement is formed after the movement is stable, which cannot reflect the flexibility of the ligament and the mastery of the movement. In this paper, a tension calculation model for ligament equilibrium is established by using a kinetic method of motion. Although it is a static equation, continuous use can obtain dynamic effects. The simulation proves that the initial tension change is more realistic.

At the same time, this paper uses the 2012 World Bank survey data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to study the influence of financial repression on the selection of financing channels of manufacturing enterprises. The research results show that financial repression has a significant impact on the choice of financing channels for manufacturing enterprises, which greatly increases the proportion of informal financial financing in the operating capital of enterprises and reduces the proportion of formal financial financing. Financial repression has led to an increase in the cost of formal financial financing, making enterprises choose informal financial channels for financing. Among them, large enterprises tend to choose commercial credit in informal finance, while small and medium-sized enterprises choose private credit It is possible to choose two financing channels, which reflects the ‘scale discrimination’ characteristics of financial repression.

With China's strong support for innovation and development, the policies of government guidance funds are an important driving force for leading innovation and economic transformation, and the effect of its related policies is of great significance. This paper selects 518 policies related to government guidance funds in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region from 2005 to 2018 as the research object and constructs a policy efficiency evaluation indicator system from three dimensions of policy intensity, policy objectives and measures. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method are used to weight the output level of policy innovation performance and economic performance of government guidance funds, and grey relational analysis (GRA) is used to measure the relationship between policies of government guidance funds and innovation performance and economic performance, and corresponding policy recommendations based on the research results. The results of the research show that the policy efficiency of the government guidance funds in Tianjin and Hebei is relatively high, and the policy efficiency of the Beijing government guidance funds needs to be improved. In general, the policy efficiency of the government guidance funds needs to be further improved.

The existence of floating ice in ice storage tanks in an ice storage system affects the normal operation of the ice storage automatic control system. For the ice storage tank in an ice storage system, the ice “problem”, puts forward the way of melting ice in an ultrasonic assisted manner. This paper establishes a polynomial mathematical model of observation data changes over time, by setting a variable’s value used to model the polynomial fitting method. It could be used in the design and operation index model or higher polynomial model fitting process of melting ice. Ultrasonic wave is used to solve the floating ice problem of ice storage tank in the operation of ice storage, and the effects of ultrasonic power density, ice-water ratio, ice size, initial ice amount and other parameters on the characteristics of ice melting are tested and analysed through experiments, which provides an important reference for the practical application of this technology. It is found that the ultrasonic wave can obviously promote and strengthen the melting of ice, and the influence of power, ice–water ratio and ice size conforms to the normal theory and practice law. The greater the power, the smaller the ice–water ratio and the smaller the ice size, the faster the melting speed will be. Due to the multiple effects of technology and economy, the power density has an optimal value, which needs to be optimised according to the actual situation in the application. For large size ice, the promotion effect of high-power ultrasonic on melting ice is more obvious.

In the application of digital model of animation scene, image restoration technology and image denoising technology are the basic tasks of practical operation, which are closely related, but there exist also essential differences. The reason is that both of them want to obtain the original image from the degraded noise image or damaged image, but generally speaking, as there is no sufficient constraint information to accurately recover the original image, both of them are unwell-posed inverse problems. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the basic content and application research status of variational partial differential equations (PDEs), this paper discusses the application value of variational PDEs in image denoising and restoration according to the image processing requirements in the digital model of animation scenes.

In many aspects of people's production and life, artistic images have been widely used. Because the image has the function of transmitting information, it can provide necessary space environment information for people. However, there are many problems in the design of stylised art images, and hence the usability of images is affected. Due to its unique advantages, the study of artistic eye movement has gradually become a research hotspot. The fuzzy differential equation is an important branch of differential equation theory, which can be used to study eye movement experiments in the field of the art research. In the process of observation, experiment and maintenance, errors cannot be avoided, and the variables and parameters obtained are often fuzzy, incomplete and inaccurate. And fuzzy differential equations can deal with these uncertainties well. At first, this paper studies the migration-image-study-related theory and art image, based on the study of an artistic image that can be divided into instructions image and symbol and image, with the help of eye movement experiment method to investigate the effects of two types of image on people read mechanism. This research mainly uses the fuzzy differential equation for the visual search experimental paradigm to identify the influence of the difference of the effect.

With the deepening of human understanding of marine resources and the acceleration of resource development, marine industrial robots have come to be widely used. Robots are not simply a substitute for manual labour, but a personified electronic and mechanical device that combines human and machine strengths. They have both the ability to react quickly and analyse and judge the state of the environment, and the ability of the machine to work continuously for a long time, with high accuracy and resistance to adverse conditions. In industrial machinery, the gravitational field exists in threedimensional space, but if the distribution of the known field is independent of a coordinate, it is simplified to a twodimensional field, which is called a plane scalar field. There are many two-dimensional field problems in the visual positioning system of assembly system. The exact solution can be obtained by using complex function theory to analyse two-dimensional field in complex plane. In this paper, the application of complex function theory in gravitational field is discussed. In the process of cooperative assembly of marine industrial robots, it is necessary to make the correct choice to improve the cooperative assembly method of marine industrial robots, so that the robot industry in China can undergo development and renewal.

The completeness of the complex model is an important index to evaluate the pros and cons of the complex model. It is of great significance to study the objective evaluation under different indicators and construct an indicator system to ensure the integrity of the complex. The construction of complex system indicators requires instructors who can fully describe the functions of complex models. This study designs a complex index EX, proves its authenticity through comparison with the real world, illustrates its similarity through conflict and comparison with the coverage of the target problem, and describes its intelligence level through confrontation and comparison with other complex models. Research on complex model problems based on the derivation process of domain theory proves that the quantified complete distance EX can calculate the similarity between the model and the actual environment to evaluate ‘true and false’. The experiment proved to be a reliable and complex model verification indicator.

For the comprehensive mechanised coal mining technology, the support design of the main withdrawal passage in the working face is an important link to achieve high yield and efficiency. Due to the impact of mining, the roof movement of the withdrawal passage is obvious, the displacement of the coal body will increase significantly, and it is easy to cause roof caving and serious lamination problems, and even lead to collapse accidents, which will affect the normal production of the mine. In this paper, the mining pressure development law of the main withdrawal passage support under the influence of dynamic pressure is designed, the most favourable roof failure form of the withdrawal passage is determined, and the action mechanism and applicable conditions of different mining pressure control measures are studied. The pressure appearance and stress distribution in the final mining stage of fully mechanised coal face are studied by numerical simulation. The deformation and failure characteristics and control measures of roof overburden in the last mining stage of fully mechanised coal face are analysed theoretically. Due to the fact that periodic pressure should be avoided as far as possible after the full-mechanised mining face is connected with the retracement passage, some auxiliary measures such as mining height control and forced roof blasting are put forward on this basis. The relative parameters of the main supporting forms are calculated. The main retracement of a fully mechanised working face in a coal mine channel is put forward to spread the surrounding rock grouting reinforcement, reinforcing roof, and help support and improve the bolt anchoring force, the main design retracement retracement channels in the channel near the return air along the trough for supporting reinforcing surrounding rock control optimisation measures, such as through the numerical simulation analysis, the optimisation measures for coal mine fully mechanised working face of surrounding rock is feasible. Numerical simulation results also show that the surrounding rock control of fully mechanised working face of coal mine design improvements, its main retreat channel under the roof subsidence, cribbing shrank significantly lower, and closer, to better control the deformation of surrounding rock, achieved significant effect, to ensure the safety of coal mine main retracement channel of fully mechanised working face support.

With the continuous development and progress of machinery and industry equipment, human-machine interface has become an important operation in industry equipment and has been widely used in aviation, monitoring, traffic, special engineering vehicles, and a series of complex fields. Through the human-machine interface information system, information and data are provided for operators s. As the human-machine interface information data of the mechanical equipment system are numerous, complex, and changeable, operators often make operation mistakes, misread and misjudge, and do not give timely feedback, resulting in task failure or, in serious cases, major mechanical faults and accidents. Therefore, the human-machine interface data information is screened, and the information useful for the operator is directly obtained according to the target set by the operator, so as to effectively solve the complex and changeable data information in the information system. Human-machine interface uses electronic communication technology, computer network technology, and database technology to expand and update machinery and industrial equipment. Among them, nonlinear partial differential equations comprise an important branch of equation in mathematics. In this paper, according to the nonlinear partial differential equations, we research and analyze the information system of the human-machine interface design field and solve the system of the cognitive load, which is too large, such as cognitive mismatch problem in the working mode of operating personnel, by satisfying the needs of different users. In the process of rational development and utilisation of nuclear energy, people often face nuclear accidents such as lost and stolen radioactive sources; so, the means of searching for these sources quickly in highly radioactive environments is an important security challenge. In the past, these jobs were limited to workers specialising in nuclear technology. They used gamma-ray detection equipment to search for radioactive sources, but the search efficiency was low. The main purpose of this article is to design a meta-heuristic algorithm based on imitating professional technicians to locate radioactive sources in a computer-aided manner. At the same time, due to the complexity that may characterise the actual search, the search strategy must be optimised. The article established an intelligent random search model with human thinking. Finally, it was proved based on the mathematical theory that the complexity of the model search algorithm is linear, and the simulation experiment results show that the optimisation algorithm has good efficiency and fault tolerance.

The concept of ‘global village’ has linked all countries in the world as a whole. The exchanges and cooperation between different countries in politics, economy, culture, and education are becoming more and more frequent. To master a language, the study of its pronunciation is crucial. Based on the above considerations, this paper uses the Chinese pronunciation corpus of 30 learners and 10 Chinese native speakers as basic data to discuss the pronunciation patterns of learners’ mandarin diphthongs and their similarities to standard pronunciations. In this paper, by using the theory and methods of experimental phonetics, comparative analysis and error analysis, we exam and analyse the acoustic features of different levels of learners in the learning process, and the pronunciation and bias of learners’ mandarin diphthongs are obtained. From the experimental results, it can be seen that all three groups of learners have some difficulties in pronunciation of mandarin diphthongs. In particular, the learners have the greatest differences to standard pronunciations when pronouncing the diphthongs [ua] and [uo]. And some important rules and conclusions are summarised through experiments. This provides an important reference for learners to solve the problems of diphthongs pronunciation in Chinese speech synthesis and recognition.

AbstractAims
To understand the reasons for the decline in the birth rate of our country, the effects of the decline in the birth rate and the countermeasures needed to reduce the birth rate, as well as the urgency of the reform of education, especially art education.
Methods
Using a mathematical statistical analysis method, the decline of the birth rate in our country was statistically analysed, and the influence of education, especially art education, was discussed.
Results
The results show that the birth rate of China's population decreased significantly, that is, from 36% in 1949 to 23.3% in 1987 and from 12.95% in 2016 to 10.8% at present. This has a significant impact on the manpower of all walks of life. Students at all levels and all kinds of schools have brought about a greater impact. Higher education, especially art education, has a greater impact.
Conclusions
In the face of the decline in the birth rate, corresponding countermeasures must be taken to strengthen the development of maternal and child health care and medical resources. In-depth reform or correction of the current compulsory education must be assessed in order to relieve the worries of women who have given birth so that the birth rate increases within the framework of a reasonable, normal span of time and demonstrates smooth development. In order to ensure that China has sufficient human resources and enough students at all levels and all kinds of schools, the reform of art education is deepened, thus facilitating training of the talents of world-class masters.

With the research of urban historical landscape, its definition has been continuously deepened. The development of a city is regarded as the result of the accumulation of cultural and natural values in different periods, that is, the historical landscape of a city is the result of historical ‘layering.’ This paper takes the historical dynamic layering process of the Largo and the architectural landscape of Macau as the research content and uses the layering method to take the economy, society and culture of Macau in each historical period as the internal cause of its layering value, relating its explicit characteristics so as to explore the ways and rules of its historical layering. Moreover, in the historical layering of various dimensions, the harmonious Chinese and Western cultural values of Macau are always linked, and it is concluded that ‘the characteristics of pluralism and symbiosis have created the present Macau.’ This paper advocates that in the protection and inheritance of the urban context of Macau, we should focus on the effective protection and promotion of the multi-symbiotic culture and pass on the unique flavour of the city jointly created by the Chinese and Portuguese people.

Abstract
The heating pipe network system with such dynamic characteristics as nonlinearity and large time lag may cause hydraulic disorder. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a unit control-based hydraulic equilibrium control strategy, which constructs an equilibrium regulation system for heating pipe networks by optimising the inlet device of each unit and using a novel control theory. By developing a cascade control system to control the return water temperature and the pressure difference between supply and return water of the branches at each unit of the pipe network, we were able to stabilise the pressure and control the temperature. Then, we used the averaging control theory to set the parameters of regulation systems between each unit. The research results indicate that, compared to the traditional single-loop negative-feedback return water temperature control system, the cascade averaging controller has a better control effect than the single-loop PID controller. This is because it has a smaller overshoot and can cope with system interference factors quickly. Therefore, the temperature of return water between each unit can be coordinated and fluctuation is within a smaller range. This effectively eliminates the influence of static and dynamic hydraulic disorder on entire system stability.

Recently, the method of using graph neural network based on skeletons for action recognition has become more and more popular, due to the fact that a skeleton can carry very intuitive and rich action information, without being affected by background, light and other factors. The spatial–temporal graph convolutional neural network (ST-GCN) is a dynamic skeleton model that automatically learns spatial–temporal model from data, which not only has stronger expression ability, but also has stronger generalisation ability, showing remarkable results on public data sets. However, the ST-GCN network directly learns the information of adjacent nodes (local information), and is insufficient in learning the relations of non-adjacent nodes (global information), such as clapping action that requires learning the related information of non-adjacent nodes. Therefore, this paper proposes an ST-GCN based on node attention (NA-STGCN), so as to solve the problem of insufficient global information in ST-GCN by introducing node attention module to explicitly model the interdependence between global nodes. The experimental results on the NTU-RGB+D set show that the node attention module can effectively improve the accuracy and feature representation ability of the existing algorithms, and obviously improve the recognition effect of the actions that need global information.

Addressing the problem of being easily interfered by false targets such as chaff and corner reflector when selecting missile targets, a multi-feature multi-model target selection method based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is proposed if only single-target characteristics such as target position or radar cross section (RCS) size is used in the selection of missile targets. The target selection problem under the comprehensive utilisation of multiple features is regarded as a problem in decision-making based on multiple attributes. The BP network based on the target RCS frequency domain statistical features, the radial basis network based on the target polarisation feature and the radial size feature based on high-resolution range profile (HRRP) are realised. The comprehensive utilisation of C-support vector machine (SVM) and other target recognition methods and the comprehensive sorting of target selection, to a certain extent, enable anti-ship missiles to make the correct target selection more accurately. The simulation results display that the effective selection of ship targets can be achieved in the case of passive interference by surface ships.

Under the information asymmetry, we consider the impact of task importance on the income of university managers, introducing the non-linear income function of university managers. Based on the principal-agent theory, we construct a non-linear incentive optimisation model for subject librarians. We discussed how university managers allocate incentive intensity and how the subject librarians allocate the effort level to achieve the best net expected income for university administrators and subject librarians while satisfying the constraints of participation and incentive compatibility. The results show that the optimal incentive contract for subject librarians is related to task importance, ability level, risk aversion characteristics and the randomness of the external environment in university libraries. The relative incentive intensity increases with the increase of task importance, risk aversion, ability level and randomness of information retrieval tasks, and decreases with the increase of randomness of subject service tasks.

From the perspective of innovation ecology, the green innovation of core enterprises is a key to high-quality economic development. This paper researches BYD, makes a discussion on the evolution and characteristics of green innovation, and clarifies the driving force of green innovation of core enterprises in the green innovation ecosystem. In addition, the 2002–2019 green patent authorisation data of BYD is selected as the green output indicator of the core enterprise. And through testing the data, the findings are that the perturbation term ε is white noise, which meets the zero expectation E(εt) = 0, and the same variance Var(εt) = σ2 and that there is no autocorrelation Cov(εt, εs) = 0, t ≠ s. The ARMA model is hence constructed for analysis. Through analysis, conclusions are drawn that when the core enterprises and other entities in the green innovation ecosystem collaborate to innovate, the complexity and dynamics could be found in the green innovation evolution process and that as an important driving force for green innovation, innovation input not only raises current green output but also facilitates future green output.

The floor plan is a key part of architectural design and has the characteristics of multi-objective evaluation. Traditional methods are often laborious and may lead to re-work due to optimisation, which affects efficiency. Related research uses various algorithms to generate floor plans to improve efficiency. Based on the leading role of architects on floor plans, this paper proposes a generative design method that combines the design process. It takes the space shape as the starting point, simplifies the design process into a mathematical model, and uses Rhino and Grasshopper to complete the algorithm development. Using different algorithm combinations, a large number of new layouts can be explored, and building layouts can be adjusted freely through data optimisation without having to redesign. The design evolution of floor plans of different cases shows that such a generative design method is feasible, reusable, and more efficient than traditional methods.

The inner widths of pool xn, the outer widths of pool xw, the width difference values e between the inner and outer of pool, ratios of inner pool widths Rn and ratios of outer pool widths Rw between two adjacent images were determined to be the input parameters. The penetration parameter p was chosen to be the output. Based on the images, groups of pool parameter data have been obtained and used to train the network. In this way, the weld penetration prediction model can be deduced. Finally, verification tests have been done. It showed that weld penetration situation predicted by the model is fit to its real condition. The accuracy rate is up to 96%, which affords a new way for penetration detection.

With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry, online reviews of goods are a great help for consumers to make decisions. With the sharp increase in online order for goods and the explosion of product reviews, some merchants began to hire consumers to make fake purchases for profit, which led to the problem of identifying fake reviews. In this paper, we propose a method that uses feature engineering to eliminate the comments of false reviewers and combines convolutional neural network and recurrent neural network to classify and recognise reviews from the perspective of text. Traditional neural network models such as CNN, LSTM and BILSTM are compared with the hybrid model proposed by the text. The model is optimised by pre-training on the Baidu Baike commodity review database instead of the initial randomising word vector. The experimental results show that the combination of convolutional neural network and recurrent neural network can better extract the global and local features of false comments, and the model has a good effect. The updating of the pre-trained word vector makes the recognition effect of each model better.

Based on a Chinese enterprise's single-mouth crusher, the ‘waterfall flow’ inlet crusher is developed from a foreign two-flow crusher. The two-inlet crushing mode has advantages of continuous particle feeding, controlled particle flow and low wear of housing. By analysing the working principle of the equipment, the three-dimensional model of the crusher is established. Based on the discrete element method, the simulation data are obtained by EDEM simulation software. The crushing energy, the wear of the housing and the counter boards are analysed to obtain the optimal parameters. The crushing efficiency is significantly improved and the wear of the housing is controlled to some extent. The overall performance of the crusher is improved and the cost is reduced.

Abstract
The idea that reform drives innovation and entrepreneurship, and innovation and entrepreneurship drive development, has gradually become the main theme of the new era of Chinese society. As the ‘cradle’ of knowledge and technology innovation and the training and output of innovative talents, colleges and universities are the inevitable choices of the times to conform to the social trend and change to the development model of ‘entrepreneurial universities’. This article takes the reform of the development model of universities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and it qualitatively explores the status quo of the reform and development of universities in Heilongjiang Province to entrepreneurial universities, with the aid of the Loet Leydesdorff triple helix algorithm, based on the Web of Science database and national intellectual property ‘patent search and analysis’. The platform conducts data mining, conducts quantitative measurement research on the collaboration relationship between government, industry, university and research, and focuses on Heilongjiang Province for horizontal and vertical empirical analyses. The study proposes suggestions for improvement from the three dimensions of condensing the collaborative awareness of innovation subjects, reforming the development model of scientific research institutions, and improving the efficiency of the absorption and transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements. It has certain practical guidance for strengthening the mutual information coordination and structural stability of the government, industry, university and research under the collaborative innovation ecosystem.

To revise the Chinese version of Planned Happenstance Career Inventory (PHCI), a total of 1161 college students were recruited in the study, among whom 327 were used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA), 568 for further confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and internal consistency reliability analysis, and 266 were retested after a four-week interval for test-retest reliability analysis. Occupational Development Contingency Scale (ODCS), CAAS-China were chosen as the criterion-related indication. The scale consisted of 20 items, and the EFA produced five factors, which accumulatively explained the variance of total variance by 58.15%. The CFA showed that the 5-factor model fits well. The internal consistency reliability of sample measurement was 0.862, retest reliability coefficients was 0.871, and the split-half reliability coefficients was 0.733. The Chinese version of PHCI has acceptable reliability and validity and can be used to measure career planning for Chinese college students.

Abstract
To study the command and control system in an island air defence system under the background of systemic conflict, this paper proposes a new modelling method based on the opinion dynamics leader-follower model to simulate the target threat assessment process in the command and control activities. Through example simulation, it is obtained that in a centralised command and control system, a command post (CP)-led model can provide the most accurate threat assessment results, but it consumes a longer time. While in a distributed command and control system, a model without a leader can provide a target threat value accurately and quickly. The consistency of simulation results and actual situation indicates that, at present, under a high degree of battlefield information sharing, it is necessary to down-pass the authority of the CP to improve operational efficiency. In summary, the proposed model can comprehensively reflect the process that the island air defence system assesses the threat of an attacking target, and it gives a new idea for investigating the command and control procedure and system of the island air defence system.

The old district of Guangzhou was taken as an example to explore new approaches – the perspective of space syntax – to study the urban structure based on the Geographic Information Centre (GIS) space statistics. Results show that the old district of Guangzhou has significant spatial heterogeneity; the historic regions, as the urban core, have a deep effect on the city and own a ‘double interface’ for both the visitors and indigenous inhabitants. Unique space logic has been formed in the long history of the city, but the grid structure of the old district is unbalanced and incomplete, and some regions have problems in accessibility. Given this, the paper, based on the distribution of the historical buildings, proposed to create contextual urban axes, optimise the public service and improve the space structure, to provide a reference to the preservation and utilisation of historic buildings.

This paper aims to eradicate the poor performance of the convolutional neural network (CNN) for intelligent analysis and detection in samples. Moreover, to avoid overfitting of the CNN model during the training process, an algorithm is proposed for the fusion of maximum pooled and weight decay. Firstly, the maximum pooled method for the pooling layer is explored after mask processing to reduce the number of irrelevant neurons. Secondly, when updating the neuron weight parameters, the weight decay is introduced to further cut down complexity in model training. The experimental comparison shows that the overfitting avoidance algorithm can reduce the detection error rate by more than 10% in image detection than other methods, and it has better generalisation.

In view of the fragile ecological health of the Futian mangrove wetland ecosystem, an index system for evaluating ecosystem health of the Futian mangrove wetland was established based on the ‘pressure-state-response’ (PSR) model. The ecosystem health evaluation of the Futian mangrove wetland was carried out based on three aspects: pressure subsystem, state subsystem and response subsystem. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the index weight. The index system is established and evaluated by the comprehensive index method. The results showed that the ecosystem health index of the Futian mangrove wetland was 0.25262. According to ecosystem health assessment criteria, it falls into the ‘poor’ range. Based on our assessment, we consider that the structure and function of the Futian mangrove wetland ecosystem are degraded, that there has been a decline in biodiversity and that the prevailing environmental problems are serious. The results of this study can provide an effective scientific basis for the management of the Futian mangrove wetland ecosystem.

The fraction of hydrogen (H2) in the blast furnace (BF) shaft gas containing a notable portion of nitrogen (N2) is expected to increase. For more efficient control of the BF, it is therefore desirable to conduct more rigorous studies on gaseous reduction of iron ores especially in H2-N2 atmosphere. In this paper, an unreacted shrinking core model (USCM) with multicomponent gas diffusion for iron ore reduction in H2-N2 atmosphere is developed. The resultant nonlinear equations are solved using the 4th order Runge-Kutta method. The present model and the original USCM are compared based on a series of pertinent experimental data.

VOCs are the main source of indoor environmental pollution. Bodalal established a mathematical model of VOCs emission characteristics, which provided a reference for many scholars to study the diffusion of VOCs. However, there are some logical errors in the process of mathematical derivation, which make the model difficult to understand. In the paper, first, the reasons for the error of model derivation are pointed out in detail. Second, using Laplace–Carson transform and generalised Heaviside theorem, the correct derivation process is given. Finally, a simple method for calculating the diffusion coefficient is presented and its application is given. This paper provides convenience for people to use this model in related research.

Embedded devices often face security risks such as device loss, cracking, key disclosure and side-channel attacks. Owing to the relative meagreness characterising the availability of computing as well as storage resources, it might be said that embedded devices themselves have limited resources, and traditional key management solutions are thus not fully suitable for embedded device usage scenarios. In addition, embedded device key management also necessitates consideration of the dynamic changes of devices, such as device joining and withdrawal, and blacklist management and control. A lightweight key management scheme is proposed for multi-layer embedded devices, and the management and control problems of the device blacklist library are analysed and an optimisation scheme is proposed. Finally, the scheme of this paper is analysed in detail based on the aspects of security and resource overhead. Compared with the traditional key management scheme, the scheme designed in this paper can be better applied to the communication of embedded devices to meet the security requirements of embedded systems.

A measurement method and system based on conventional radars has been proposed to address the problem of radar cross-section (RCS) measurement of ship targets in open seas. Calibration errors for RCS measurement on ground plane range (GPR) are analysed, and the error elimination method and accurate RCS calculation formula are given. An RCS measurement system is designed by improving conventional radars. These systems measure two Luneburg lens reflectors of different sizes on the lake. The average RCS of the big Luneburg lens reflector is obtained, and the error is calculated to be 2.73% compared with its actual value, which verifies the rationality of the proposed measurement method and system. The system measures the RCS of a ship in the open sea and obtains its circumferential RCS distribution. The effect of the error in the ship's position calculation on the RCS measurement results is analysed, and the uncertainty range of the error is obtained.

Based on the financing motivation of equity pledges, this study explores whether and how monetary policy adjustment affects the stock pledge behaviour of listed companies. The empirical findings show that monetary policy adjustments significantly affect the stock pledge of listed companies; that is, a tightening monetary policy increases the stock pledge phenomenon of listed companies, and an expansionary monetary policy reduces the stock pledge phenomenon. Heterogeneity analysis revealed that monetary policy had a greater impact on the stock pledges of non-state-owned enterprises, enterprises with weak government–enterprise relationships and enterprises without bank–enterprise relationship. The results of mechanism tests suggested that a quantitative monetary policy only affects the stock pledge behaviour of listed companies through financing costs and that a price-based monetary policy affects the stock pledge behaviour of listed companies through financing costs and financing scale. This article expands the literature on the impact of monetary policies on equity pledges and enriches studies on macroeconomic policies and microfirm behaviour.

Historic buildings carry the history of human civilisation, and their conservation and utilisation are widely valued by countries around the world. At present, the lack of qualitative and quantitative assessment and evaluation methods for the preservation status and attachment value of historic buildings poses a challenge to the smooth implementation of the conservation and utilisation of historic buildings. The development of a set of system standards for the assessment and evaluation of historic buildings is an urgent task for the conservation and utilisation of historic buildings. This paper proposes a set of comprehensive mapping assessment and evaluation system for historical buildings through the analysis and sorting out of the current situation of preserving historical buildings and their development lineage, architectural style, building type, society and art. Finally, based on the above mapping evaluation system, 20 historical buildings are graded according to the requirements of historical building classification, and according to the different levels. Corresponding conservation measures are proposed and different planning schemes are formulated to better utilise the historical, scientific, cultural and economic values of historical buildings.

Based on the first-principles calculation method of density functional theory (DFT), the crystal structure, band structure, magnetic moment, density of state, elastic constant and population analysis of Fe80Si10Nb6B2Cu2 are calculated. The calculation results show that the Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy of this composition has a stable structure, strong resistance to deformation, high hardness and is an alloy with good flexibility. The energy band structure of spin-up and spin-down is basically the same, and the energy gap is 0 eV, showing metallicity. The asymmetry of the electronic state density between the spin-up and spin-down states indicates that the alloy is ferromagnetic, with a magnetic moment of 84.15 μ; the Fe element plays a decisive role in the magnetic properties of this alloy.

The development of science and technology is becoming more and more rapid, and the educational empowerment of information technology (IT) in middle schools is becoming more and more obvious. The interesting and operational aspects of IT are suitable for middle school students, who are gradually becoming more rational in their thinking and problem-solving skills, and who are curious to discovering new things. This paper analyses the factors influencing the acceptance of IT education among middle school students by reviewing a large amount of literature and compiling technology-related theories. The research variables are determined by combining the characteristics of middle school students, and a structural equation model is constructed to select the factors influencing the acceptance of technology in secondary school IT classrooms, and the hypothesis is proposed, tested and revised, and then the scientific and effective measures are proposed according to the model. By the statistical analysis of variables, it can be seen that the average values of perceived ease of use and social influence (SI) are relatively high, which are 3.9899 and 4.1933, respectively, indicating that SI and subjective initiative have significant positive correlations with the behavioural intentions of middle school students in learning IT. As technological literacy is low, with an average value of only 3.4966, the influence of the technological literacy of IT on middle school students’ learning ability is not significant. This reflects the degree of middle school students’ mastery of the knowledge of IT, which is not enough. Further, the initiative of learning in the network is low and the needs of teachers in IT classes indirectly affect students’ learning initiative. It is hoped middle school students learn IT through the network by their initiative and provide guidance for teachers in teaching, to promote the application and deep popularity of IT in secondary school education.

In view of the isolation of the software and hardware teaching environment, isolation of various online teaching platforms and lack of coordination of data, it is not conducive for further promotion of ‘Internet Plus Teaching’ and the improvement of online teaching. The Trinity teaching platform, namely ‘Learning in Zhejiang University City College’ is built against the background of digitalisation reform in colleges and universities. The teaching platform integrates the smart classroom, the Zhiyun Classroom (online classroom) and the curriculum platform. The platform breaks through the limitation of time and space, connects the teaching process and implements the integrated ‘teaching, learning, evaluation and management’ based on data collaboration. It is fully applied in Zhejiang University City College, and is stable, efficient and convenient, with a high access rate and better interaction between teachers and students. It effectively implements closed-loop management of the teaching process, changes the educational form of teacher education, student learning and school management. It also adapts to the cultivation of innovative and individualised talents under the new situation, and further deepens reforms of ‘Internet Plus Teaching’. It provides a solid support for the whole process management of student learning.

The objective is to analyse and explore the characteristics of physical exercise intensity, energy expenditure and substrate metabolism using Baduanjin and the ninth broadcast gymnastics as examples.
Methods
The indirect calorimetry of German CORTEX Metamax 3B portable gas met bolometer was used to determine the resting energy consumption of different age and sex of healthy people and related indexes such as the energy consumption and fat metabolism ratio in the ninth set of radio gymnastic exercises.
Results
The metabolic equivalents of Baduanjin and radio gymnastics were 2.68 and 5.07, and the average heart rate was 76.14 l/min and 97.3 l/min, which were higher than those at rest (P <0.01). In radio gymnastics, the energy consumption level of men is higher than that of women (P <0.05), but the proportion of fat metabolism of women is higher than that of men (P <0.05). For 20–39 years old, when they are quiet, do Baduanjinhe and do radio gymnastics, the energy consumption of the subjects was 1828.7 kcal/d, 4008.8 kcal/d and 6355.6 kcal/d, respectively and for the ages of 40–59, they were 1822.6 kcal/d, 4047.4 kcal/d, and 8204.13 kcal/d, respectively. The ratios are significantly different; the energy consumption and fat energy supply ratio of the exercise group in the radio gymnastics group are significantly higher than those in the Baduanjin group, and the exercise group is significantly higher than that in the quiet group (P <0.05); The heart rate and weight were calculated and the energy consumption equations of Ba Duan Jin and radio gymnastics were established. The equations have statistical significance.
Conclusion
Ba Duan Jin is a low-intensity exercise while radio gymnastics is a medium-intensity exercise; Comparing energy consumption and fat of Ba Duan Jin and the ninth set of radio gymnastics, the energy ratio of the energy consumption of the ninth set of broadcast gymnastics body was significantly higher than Baduanjin movement; linear regression equation can provide a scientific basis for daily exercise and sports training, thus can promote the national fitness plan.
In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the combination of motion capture technology and teaching, based on dance teaching, this paper proposes a dance posture analysis method based on feature vector matching and applies it to dance teaching.. The main research work includes the following: (1) according to the characteristics of human motion poses-free editing, extracting human skeleton models, establishing a human motion model database, analysing the application of motion capture systems in dance training, and proposing a method of feature plane similarity matching to calculate model components and motion parameters. After verification, the method has high accuracy and robustness for the analysis of human posture, so that dancers can accurately compare the differences with standard dance movements, and provide theoretical support for scientific dance training. (2) Aiming at the complexity of learning dance, a dance teaching method based on motion capture technology is proposed. Using motion capture technology, a whole complex dance movement is decomposed into many small segments to make a teaching animation, which guides students to learn based on small dance movement. Imitation makes the abstract theory vivid, intuitive and easy to understand, which is conducive for the innovation of education and teaching methods.
The article uses the Spss statistical analysis software to establish a multiple linear regression model of short-term stock price changes in domestic agricultural listed companies. It uses a stable time series based on the ARMA model for stable agricultural value-added, fiscal expenditure and market interest rates. The regression method is used to study its impact on the stock price index. Compared with the existing stock forecasting methods, this method has simple data collection and no specific requirements for data selection, and the prediction results have a high degree of fit. Therefore, this method is suitable for most stocks.
From the perspective of physics, this article analyzes the various factors that affect the distance of shot put in the process of actual shot put. Based on the actual situation, it uses fractional calculus and physical formulas to calculate the shot throw distance and to conduct a comprehensive analysis. The experiment confirms that the three factors that affect the shot flying distance are the shot angle, shot speed, and shot height and analyzes the relationship between these three factors and the impact of each univariate on the shot flying distance. The analysis results show that among the three factors, the shot speed has the greatest impact on the flight distance, followed by the shot angle, and the shot height has the least effect; moreover, the optimal shot angle is not a specific value but a general range.
Aiming at the freely editable characteristics of human motion posture, a human skeleton model is extracted, and a human motion posture model library is established. The application of motion capture system in dance training is analysed, and a method based on similarity matching between feature planes is proposed to calculate each model. Parameters of motion data between parts are obtained. After verification, the method has high accuracy and robustness for the analysis of human poses so that dancers can accurately compare the differences with standard dance movements and provide theoretical support for dancers to perform scientific dance training.
Firstly, based on the charging theory of ‘education cost-sharing,’ under appropriate assumptions, two basic differential equation models are proposed to describe the problem of college education charges; secondly, through qualitative analysis of the basic model, it is concluded that colleges and universities maintain or impose several conditions for stabilising its education fees; finally, through the analysis of two basic models in three unique models under three situations, some new conclusions and suggestions on the macro-control of college education fees and enrolment scale are given. Also, three extended differential equation models are proposed.
In order to promote the development of sports training robots and improve the training of lower limbs in Sanda, a new mechanical structure of Sanda training robots is designed. The experimental simulation results show that the designed virtual prototype model is consistent with the mathematical model, which verifies the practical feasibility of the mechanical structure of the lower limb power generation robot for Sanda movement, and provides a reliable basis for the establishment of the physical prototype.
The article analyses why colleges and universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education based on ‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation.’ First, we conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and use nonlinear methods to construct an evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities to evaluate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities quantitatively. Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model through the data on the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. The research results can provide a new idea for appraisal of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
