Based on two data mining techniques, this paper explores the integration path of college school management and ideological and political education in two aspects. First, ID3 decision tree algorithm is applied in the management of college financial aid, by analyzing and summarizing the data such as the total amount of students’ cafeteria consumption, the number of times, the average consumption value, etc., the ID3 data mining algorithm is used to get the prediction model of poor students. Secondly, the plain Bayesian classification algorithm is applied in the prediction management of students’ academic early warning, through the analysis of a series of behavioral data single index and achievement correlation, using the plain Bayesian classification algorithm to get the academic early warning prediction model. And on this basis, the integration path of student financial aid work management and student academic early warning management with ideological education is discussed respectively. The results show that the number of decision trees is in the middle of 200-300, and the accuracy of the model can reach more than 70%. The prediction accuracy of poverty level obtained by using ID3 algorithm reaches 90%. The overall correct rate of predicting the change of warning level based on the plain Bayesian classification algorithm is 90.41%, and both models have high accuracy.
