Lifelong learning is characterized by continuity and globalism, involving all levels and types of education. The modern vision of education treats artistic and music education as a continuous individual process of spiritual self-fulfillment of the educated through multiple forms of contact with the arts, these being also ways of reflecting the intimate and external universes of the educated.
