Healthcare companies have recently embraced AI technologies to revolutionize their resume screening and hiring procedures. This paper explores the various ways in which healthcare organizations utilize AI in their talent acquisition endeavors. From optimizing candidate sourcing and screening to identifying top talent and enhancing diversity, AI-driven systems have demonstrated their efficacy in streamlining the hiring process.
