A Systematic Study of the Integration of Internet Technology to Improve the Teaching Quality of Physical Education Courses in Colleges and Universities

There are some problems in the teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities, and the use of Internet technology to reform the teaching of traditional physical education courses has become an inevitable choice for the development of the times. In order to make the Internet technology perfectly fit the teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities, the Internet technology-driven physical education teaching mode is designed. The combination of questionnaire survey method, independent sample t-test, and experimental method is adopted to systematically investigate the role of Internet technology in improving the teaching quality of physical education courses in colleges and universities. It was found that after the implementation of the teaching experiment, there is a significant difference between the teaching mode of this paper and the traditional teaching mode in basic knowledge, skill mastery, and sports literacy (P<0.05), which indicates that the effect of Internet technology on the teaching quality of college physical education courses is significant.
