Research on the Construction Path of Physical Education Teaching Reform Innovation Guarantee System Driven by Digital Technology

Digital teaching is the main means of traditional sports teaching reform. This paper updates the teaching resources using a genetic algorithm and establishes a visual guarantee system for sports teaching reform, involving numerous stakeholders. Comparing the similarities and differences between traditional sports teaching and digital sports teaching, we use digital technology to innovate the sports teaching reform guarantee system, construct the basic framework, and analyze the school sports management organization system, the teaching quality process monitoring system, the teaching resource allocation system, and the school sports teaching quality evaluation system. This paper uses the genetic algorithm to train intelligent class scheduling and evaluate the effects of population size, adaptive parameters, and the number of courses on class scheduling results. Compare the student’s performance in various sports before and after the reform of physical education teaching. Analyze students’ attitudes towards reforming physical education teaching, organizing school sports management, and using sports assessment methods. In terms of satisfaction with school sports management organizations, the quality of school sports teachers includes their academic level, teaching methods, teaching organization, teaching attitude, teacher-student relationship, and so on. The overall satisfaction of students with school sports teachers under this method is greater than 4.0. The proper handling of the work of teachers in sports management organizations indicates that the digital reform of physical education teaching can be continued.
