It is a pioneering work for colleges and universities to integrate the core concepts of Curriculum Civics into the teaching of professional courses. The purpose of this paper is to examine the construction of a data-driven course-oriented evaluation system for course ideology and politics, using the course of composition and work analysis as an example. Combining the CIPP model and big data mining technology, the preliminary selection of evaluation indexes is realised, and then after the questionnaire reliability and validity screening, the Civic Teaching Evaluation System of Curriculum Civics and Works Analysis is constructed. Then, the hierarchical analysis method and the entropy weight method are used to obtain the combined weights of the indicators. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the effectiveness of the constructed index system. The constructed evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators and 19 third-level indicators for teaching background, teaching input, teaching process and teaching results evaluation. In this study, the evaluation score is 3.4413, which belongs to the level between average and better, and it is more consistent with the evaluation results of experts, peer teachers and students’ evaluation subjects, which indicates that the evaluation system of the CIPP teaching of the course of song and work analysis constructed in this study has practicality.
