We also recommend to you a paper (Ecol Chem Eng S. 2018; 25(1):9-34), which was written in honour of the long and wonderful work of Professor Dr. Gerhard ERTL (Nobel Prize Winner in Chemistry 2007) on heterogeneous catalysis and was initiated by a presentation made by Him at the 2014 ECOpole conference (held in Jarnołtówek, Poland) with the title “Elementary steps in heterogeneous catalysis: The basis of environmental chemistry”.
