<p>One of the main objectives of the paper is to present and describe some unfair and unethical business practices in the health sector during the ongoing pandemic.</p>

<p>The Authors conducted a comparative research study using public reports, administrative proceedings and national legislations.</p>

<p>The study revealed that the described malpractices and misconducts occurred on examined markets intensified during the pandemic. Some of them happened for the first time on this occasion.</p>
