This study explores the interconnection between various forms of intelligence ‒ Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Cultural, and Social ‒ and their collective role in fostering sustainable organizational transformation. While previous frameworks, such as Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences and Goleman’s emotional intelligence model, have focused on individual intelligence types, this study introduces the Tessema Multiple Intelligence Framework, which integrates these dimensions to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational sustainability. Through qualitative comparative analysis and conceptual framework analysis, this research systematically examines the evolution of intelligence from personal to social dimensions and its impact on leadership development. The findings underscore the necessity of integrating multiple intelligences into leadership strategies to promote adaptability, inclusivity, and ethical decision-making. By linking theoretical constructs with practical applications, this study provides a comprehensive roadmap for organizations seeking to foster resilience and long-term success through a multidimensional intelligence approach.
