Secondary research was focused on the analysis of the current state of human resources, and factors influencing the situation in the labor market in this sector. The forecast for the development of the sector is based on the Strategy of Human Resources Management in the Transport, Logistics and Postal Services Sector until 2030. Innovative trends are identified through a comprehensive investigation, and their impact on individual jobs in the transport, logistics and postal services sector is determined. New methods and work procedures are expected, which require an educated workforce with new professional knowledge. The COVID-19 pandemic had a fundamental impact on the development of innovations, which accelerated the digitalization process in many areas. The pandemic has also fundamentally changed the working life of employees working in this sector, whether it concerns working remotely or developing their digital skills.
