<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

<p>In this paper, we introduce and study a new class <italic>σ,</italic> (<italic>α,λ</italic>) of meromorphic univalent functions defined in <italic>E</italic> = {<italic>z</italic> : <italic>z</italic> ∊ ℂ and 0 <italic>&lt; |z| &lt;</italic> 1} = <italic>E \</italic> {0}. We obtain coefficient inequalities, distortion theorems, extreme points, closure theorems, radius of convexity estimates and integral operators. Finally, we obtained neighbourhood result for the class <italic>σ<sub>p</sub></italic>(<italic>γ,λ</italic>).</p>
