Notes: Nurses attacked by COVID-19 will face three problems in their work time, one is the problem of working status (staff reduction, overtime, and the change of work focus), and the other is their own state (physical aspect: discomfort caused by disease infection, fever and other symptoms; psychological aspect: panic about disease and future). Third, the family aspect (COVID-19 is very contagious, nurses ICU often have family members who need to take care of, they will feel guilty because they conflict with the sense of dedication to group work, resulting in unable to take care of their families).
