The paper aims to evaluate the state of predictive management technologies for reducing crude oil losses reducing costs and operating problems, improving the reliability and flexibility of technological installations, and minimizing the negative impact on the environment. In this research, we evaluated the qualified technological documentation of a crude oil transportation company, the factors that affect the efficiency of maintenance management, and the technological risk, analyzing the risks through the MADS technique. The decision to evaluate the integrity of the pipelines is essential to efficient maintenance scheduling, minimizing technical accidents and the risk of spills into the environment. By managing risk, a maintenance process optimization system can operate efficiently and reduce downtime, increasing process reliability and performance through effective management and implementing appropriate strategies to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
