Compared Structural Behavior Study for Basic Lamellar Springs Shapes

Zacytuj

Springs are common machine elements usually designed by use of analytic calculus adapted to a wide variety of geometrical shapes. Lamellar springs could have rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal and elliptical shapes. The paper presents a comparison of the distribution of some components of deformation and stress for all the mentioned spring shapes. The study was performed by use of FEA within the CAELINUX package. For the rectangular case comparison of Strength of materials vs. FEA results was performed.
