Selected Scientific Papers – Journal of Civil Engineering (SSPJCE) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research and review articles in the field of civil engineering. The journal aims to promote innovative scientific findings and practical solutions relevant to civil engineering professionals, researchers, and academics worldwide. With a strong focus on quality, integrity, and global collaboration, the journal supports open access to knowledge and continuous academic dialogue.
Publishing Frequency
The journal is published twice per year under a volume-based continuous publishing model. Articles are published online immediately upon acceptance and are continuously added to the current volume and issue.
Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review:
- Initial screening by the Managing Editor
- Assignment to an area editor
- Review by at least two independent reviewers
- Minimum of two positive reviews required
- Plagiarism check: similarity must be below 30%
- Review time: approximately 4–6 weeks
- No review fees
Final acceptance is decided by the Editor-in-Chief.
