Call for paper
- Papers may be sumitted to the Editor (jesm@valahia.ro) at anny time of year.
- The journal publishes 2 issues per year (June and December)
Author Guidellines
- Length of article: minimum 3000 words, maximum 18000 words (6-16 pages)
- Length of title: maximum 12 words
- Page size must be A4.
- Page setup: up – 2.5 cm; down – 2.5 cm; left – 2.5 cm; right – 2.5 cm.
- Paragraph spacing should be: 1.5.
- The full text should be put in one column and written in MS Word 2003 / 2007, Times New Roman, font 12, Normal, Justified alignment, including diagrams and tables. Leave two empty lines before each section. Do not use any other spaces before or after paragraphs.
- Figures, tables, graphics and photographic images will be inserted in the text in the appropriate place, centered orientation, numbered consecutively according to the type and bearing a ttile and the source.
- Footnotes can be used only if suplimentary, secondary explanations are needed. These will be identified in the text with consecutive numbering.
- Citation will be made in the text according to the APA style. (www.apastyle.org)
- The list of bibliographic references will be organized alfabetically according to the author’s name (or the first author). References will be listed at the end of the paper.
- Referinces will be written with Times New Roman, 10 font size, normal, justified.
Peer review process
The complete double peer-review process takes up to 2 weeks from the confirmation mail regarding the acceptance of the article for review process. After the review process, each paper will receive a response, including an evaluation report, from one of the editorial board members regarding the status of the paper, which may be: acceptance for publication, acceptance with minor / major changes, rejection.
Guidelines for Reviewers and Authors
This evaluation process is based on a system of mutual anonymity, and the editorial staff is responsible for communicating between at least two independent external reviewers (with academic affiliation / members of the academic environment and experts in the field of the article) and author (s) , fully ensuring the confidentiality of the request. Manuscripts sent for publication will be verified by an anti-plagiarism program. If plagiarized elements are found, the author will have to the chance the work, otherwise the article will be rejected from publication. The reviewers will declare any conflict of interest that may influence their objectivity.
The evaluation process will normally take place within a maximum period of 14 days from the submission of the article. The feedback of the evaluation process (acceptance for publication, acceptance with minor / major changes, rejection) is sent by e-mail by the editorial staff. The final form of the article will be sent back to the journal's email address. In case of suspicion or accusation of possible plagiarism, the responsibility rests solely with the author, and JESM does not bear any legal responsibility in this regard.
THE EDITORS’ RESPONSABILITIES
Based on the recensors’ recommendations, the editors decide whether an article is accepted for publication. The redactional committee will publish any correction, clarification, retreating and apologies which are necessary for articles/reviews, so that the presented information to respect the truth and not to bring prejudice to the journal’s prestige. The editors can request modifications of content or format.
THE AUTHORS’ RESPONSABILITIES
The author/authors will confirm whether the manuscript is original and will cite all the contents reproduced from other sources.
The author/authors will guarantee that the papers that are accepted for publication are not to be sent for publishing or are not already published elsewhere. The authors are not allowed to send their articles to another journal before the conclusion of the evaluation process and the announcing of the results. The authors who publish in JESM will keep the copyright of the article. The author/authors will announce any type of conflicts that exist or may appear during the publishing process.
The author/authors will announce the editor about any significant error which may appear in the published paper and will cooperate for the correction of the error/errors, under any form considered adequate by the editor. Before publishing, the editorial board will request every author to fill and sign the document regarding the copyright policy.

The editorial board will not accept any non-ethical or non-deontological attempt or action.
All articles and/or studies that are proved fraudulent will be immediately withdrawn. The editors will respect the right of the readers and associates from the academic environment to be informed regarding any fraudulent or non-ethical acts.

The names and email addresses posted on this journal site will be used exclusively for the assumed purposes of this journal and will not be available for any other purpose or elsewhere.
ANTIPLAGIARISM POLITICS
All articles will stand a process of antiplagiarism verification. The papers in which are detected elements of plagiarism that are not revised by the authors are withdrawn from publication.
CONFLICT OF INTERESTS
All the authors are asked to avoid any conflict of interests, actual or potential, such as financial, personal or of other nature relations with persons or organizations that might inadequately influence the publishing of their papers.
