In years 2016 and 2017 electronic publication of articles, proofreading and reviews provided by foreign reviewers were realised by the following tasks, respectively:

1. Digitisation of the scientific publications of the Folia Oeconomica Stetinensia journal in order to provide and maintain their open access in the Internet;
2. Creation of the English versions of the articles published in the Folia Oeconomica Stetinensia journal;
3. Participation of foreign reviewers in the reviews of the articles published in the Folia Oeconomica Stetinensia journal.

These tasks were funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, within the agreement 860/P-DUN/2016 referring to the activities disseminating science.

In years 2019-2020 Folia Oeconomica Stetinensia was the beneficiary of the "Support for scientific journals" (Wsparcie dla czasopism naukowych) programme, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, within the agreement 387/WCN/2019/1.

In years 2022-2024 Folia Oeconomica Stetinensia is the beneficiary of the “Development of scientific journals” (Rozwój czasopism naukowych) programme, funded by the Ministry of Education and Science, within the agreement RCN/SP/0234/2021/1.
