The journal focuses on the publishing of original scientific and professional articles, ones not previously issued in journals, from the research areas of electrical engineering and informatics.
Research results in the field of electronics, mechatronics, robotics, automotive electronics, materials engineering, SMART technologies in power engineering, lighting technology, intelligent and automated measuring, and control systems, belong to the first discipline, while issues from the area of informatics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, Big Data, virtual or augmented reality, applied mathematics, software systems, natural language processing, speech recognition, computer vision, cybersecurity, parallel and distributed architectures, communication systems, digital signal processing, Internet of Things or Industry 4.0. to the second.
All articles are subject to a blind review (provided by subject experts) assessing the content, scientific and research knowledge, originality, methods, quality and suitability of image material, text structure and style, referencing, and the overall contribution of each article. Based on the review, the editor reserves the right to reject the paper or request the author adjust it. to comply with the review suggestions
There is no deadline for submitting articles; authors can send their contributions at anytime. Before submitting their article by means of the journal's email or the journal's ScholarOne system, the authors should ensure the article is written in the Word or TEX template available in the menu; to be found under the “For Authors” tab.
