Then, it explores the basic situation of college student’s mental health and analyzes the differences in the mental health levels of students of different grades and genders. The mental health status and positive psychological quality changes of students before and after teaching were compared. The study showed that more than 30% of the students had mental health problems, and there was a significant difference in the mental health level of students before and after mental health education (t=3.133, p=0.002, p<0.01). This study is of great significance for improving the overall mental health level of students and further enriching research on the cultivation of positive mental qualities.
