<sec><h3>Introduction</h3>
<p>Interprofessional education (IPE) at universities, universities of applied sciences and technical colleges has been offered increasingly for some time. The focus often lies on the students. However, it is rarely questioned whether the teachers have interprofessional skills. Yet they are the ones who (should) impart these skills to the students. This requires certain framework conditions that must be met in order to be able to offer good interprofessional teaching.</p>

<sec><h3>Research question</h3>
<p>The study focuses on the question of what is important to teachers in IPE teaching, what competences are associated with it and whether they see themselves as a role model for cooperation between different professions.</p>
</sec>
<sec><h3>Methodology</h3>
<p>Interprofessional courses in Germany were identified with regard to the three professions: physicians, nursing and physiotherapy. By means of 76 completely filled out quantitative surveys, the respondents’ views on interprofessional teaching, competences as well as qualification courses were determined.</p>
</sec>
<sec><h3>Results</h3>
<p>IPE is currently seen as important and necessary, whereas the structured acquisition of competences in this regard is not.</p>
</sec>
<sec><h3>Discussion</h3>
<p>In order to offer good teaching, several factors are necessary: interest in the subject and being a role model. In order to promote exchange between students, learning tasks should be formulated precisely. IPE teachers should be motivated to undergo regular and targeted further training in order to be and remain open to good cooperation with other professions.</p>

<sec><h3>Conclusion &amp; Outlook</h3>
<p>IPE teachers should make use of opportunities for further training in pedagogy and didactics as long as no comprehensive interprofessional qualification concepts are available.</p>

<p>Die interprofessionelle Ausbildung an Universitäten, Fachhochschulen und Fachschulen wird seit geraumer Zeit verstärkt angeboten. Dabei werden oftmals die Studierenden in den Fokus genommen. Ob die Lehrenden hingegen über interprofessionelle Kompetenzen verfügen, wird eher selten hinterfragt. Dabei sind sie es, welche diese Skills an die Studierenden vermitteln (sollen). Dazu bedarf es bestimmter Rahmenbedingungen, welche erfüllt sein müssen, um eine gute interprofessionelle Lehre anbieten zu können.</p>

<sec><h3>Fragestellung</h3>
<p>Im Zentrum der Untersuchung steht die Frage, was Lehrer:innen in der IPE-Lehre wichtig ist, welche Kompetenzen damit verbunden sind und ob sie sich für die Studierenden als Modell für die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Professionen sehen.</p>
</sec>
<sec><h3>Methodik</h3>
<p>Deutschlandweit wurden interprofessionelle Lehrveranstaltungen an Universitäten, Fachhochschulen und Fachschulen in Bezug auf die drei Professionen Medizin, Pflege und Physiotherapie identifiziert. Anhand von 76 komplett ausgefüllten quantitativen Fragebögen wurde die Sichtweise der Befragten hinsichtlich interprofessioneller Lehrtätigkeit, Kompetenzen sowie Qualifizierungskurse ermittelt.</p>

<sec><h3>Resultate</h3>
<p>Die interprofessionelle Ausbildung wird aktuell als wichtig und notwendig angesehen, sich Kompetenzen diesbezüglich strukturiert anzueignen, hingegen eher nicht.</p>

<p>Um gute Lehre anzubieten, bedarf es verschiedener Faktoren. Die Lehrkräfte sollten Interesse für ihr Fach zeigen und den Studierenden als Vorbilder dienen. Um den Austausch der Studierenden, gerade im interprofessionellen Setting, zu fördern, sollten Lernaufgaben passgenau formuliert werden. Von IPE-Lehrenden sollte die Motivation ausgehen, sich regelmäßig gezielt fortzubilden, um für eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Professionen offen zu sein und zu bleiben.</p>

<sec><h3>Schlussfolgerung &amp; Ausblick</h3>
<p>IPE-Lehrende sollten die Möglichkeiten nutzen, sich pädagogisch bzw. didaktisch fortzubilden, solange keine flächendeckenden interprofessionellen Qualifizierungskonzepte zur Verfügung stehen.</p>
