Supernumerary teeth located between the maxillary incisors, known as mesiodentes, are the most common variant of hyperdontia. They occur relatively frequently, affecting between 0.15–1.9% of the population. In rare cases, they appear in greater numbers. This article presents a case of double mesiodens in a 7-year-old boy and the surgical removal procedure. The description is supplemented with a literature review of similar published cases from Polish and English-language literature over the past 10 years.
