In this paper we analyzed organizational trust on an intentionality sample of military personnel, starting from one of the most used theoretical and empirical models in the literature, namely the scale of Mayer and Davis (1999), built on three dimensions: competence, benevolence and integrity of the leader. The analysis shows that the confidence in the leader in the military organization is high on all three dimensions.
