ALDH1 expression and activity in breast cancer cells. (A) Exponentially growing parental and INV breast carcinoma cells were collected for Western blot analysis. Total protein extracts were prepared from the cells and then processed for immunoblotting using antibodies to detect ALDH1A3. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
