<p>This paper aims to be an overview of the scientific approach on the development of an inventory of operational stress assessment, specific to the military operations theatre, in order to make it available to practicing psychologists. Conclusive scientific data and evidence have been obtained from empirical studies over several years, and the resulting tool can be used with confidence.</p>
