<p>The epidemiological crisis caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus has led to the need to adapt national legislation to safeguard jobs and to decrease the unemployment rate – realities existing at European and international level – by providing financial facilities to employers and employees. This paper presents and analyses the relevance of the legal rules adopted in this field.</p>
