This paper presents an enhanced inductive post structure for H-plane T-junction power dividers implemented in reduced-height rectangular waveguides. By incorporating one or two additional circular disks into the conventional cylindrical post, the proposed design introduces extra degrees of freedom for impedance tuning, thereby enabling improved matching performance for both single-frequency and broadband designs. Simulation and measurement results confirm that the proposed structure achieves excellent impedance matching and broadband performance within the Ku-band, demonstrating strong potential for integration into high-performance RF systems requiring compact size, low loss, and wide bandwidth.
