Leadership Issues in Times of Global Pandemic

At present, humanity is facing a multitude of problems caused by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, that requires a continuous adaptation to all organizational levels. Regarding the management of organizations, it is clear that this one has to be adapted to the current situation and to the needs of members of the organizations which have also undergone profound changes.
