This paper presents advanced technologies to enhance the wide-load operational capability of a 330 MW boiler. It focuses on innovations in 3D temperature field measurement, pulverized coal system optimization, and boiler control. The 3D temperature field is visualized and reconstructed under wide-load conditions, while an energy efficiency model for the pulverizing system is developed using multi-source fusion, enabling online coal type optimization. A radiant energy-load correction model integrates 3D signals into combustion control, allowing flexible adjustments for load and fuel, thus improving operational efficiency. A real case at CHN ENERGY demonstrates the technologies' effectiveness.
