Updating and Practical Research on Teaching Content of Accounting Information System in the Context of Big Data

Accounting Information Systems is one of the main core courses for accounting and financial management majors, and the current reform and exploration of the teaching of this course is a hotspot for the teaching reform of accounting courses. The study analyzes the learning situation of teaching Accounting Information Systems, as well as the existing problems, and proposes solution strategies to address them. The EIP-CDIO concept is applied to the Accounting Information System course, and in order to verify the teaching effect of the improved teaching mode in this paper, teaching control experiments are carried out, and the independent t-test method is used to analyze the teaching data. The analysis results show that after applying the improved teaching model to the course, students’ information literacy, independent inquiry, and collaborative learning abilities have improved. In practice teaching, there was a significant difference between the two classes in terms of total course scores (p<0.05). Based on the results of the study, it is indicated that the improved teaching model has a significant positive effect on the teaching effectiveness of accounting information systems.
