Design and Implementation of Intelligent Adaptive Learning System in Wushu Teaching and Learning

As a treasure of the Chinese nation, Wushu has fitness, health, entertainment and cultural attributes, and the inheritance and development of Wushu are particularly important in the context of globalization. In this paper, the key skeletal points in the demonstration movements of wushu teachers are collected to construct the feature matrix of wushu movements, and the feature matrix is processed by dimensionality reduction using the LDA algorithm. The Euclidean distance method is used to calculate the distance between the target feature matrix and the action feature matrix, and wushu actions are recognized according to the minimum distance. Subsequently, a resource library for wushu learning is constructed, and an adaptive learning system for wushu teaching is designed. The results of wushu teaching practice showed that the total level of basic wushu skills of students taught under the adaptive learning system after practice (36.18 points) was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (31.83 points). The post-test found that there were significant differences between the two groups of students in terms of positive interest in wushu learning and negative attitudes toward physical education learning (P=0.028, 0.003<0.05). The adaptive learning system proposed in this paper can realize the dataization and intelligence of wushu teaching, can crack the defects and difficulties in the traditional teaching of wushu, achieve the effect of improving quality and efficiency, and open up a new path for the development of wushu teaching.
