Research on future-oriented human resource management technology innovation path based on the perspective of intelligent system

This paper realizes the research on the innovation path of human resource management technology by constructing an intelligent system for future human resource management. Establish the data source, process the data, and explain the SSH framework, KNN algorithm, and Bayesian network for the upcoming intelligent system of human resource management. According to the analysis of system requirements, determine the functional module design and database design of the system, and synthesize the corresponding development tools and hardware equipment to complete the design of the system. Comprehensive research data is provided to analyze the intelligent system in this paper. After analyzing, it is concluded that both in the rate of checking completeness and accuracy, the FW-KNN algorithm is 0%~4% higher than other control algorithms. In addition, the comprehensive check accuracy rate of the Bayesian network for employee departure prediction is 0.97743, the percentage of users who expressed satisfaction with the functional modules of the system is 44.00~58.00%, while the more satisfied is 21.00~30.00%, in general, the users maintain a satisfactory experience attitude towards the functional modules of the system in this paper.
