The application of 5W2H management model in the construction of enterprise economic and strategic management system

Implementing the 5W2H model led to notable enhancements in strategic definition, implementation efficiency, and tangible achievements. Specifically, businesses observed a 20% improvement in achieving strategic objectives, a 15% faster strategy implementation, and a 25% increase in strategic engagement among employees.
