Research on Digital Communication Methods for Civic and Political Education and Education Management Paths in Colleges and Universities

Since there are fewer studies on the integration of ideological and political education and educational management in colleges and universities at present, this paper combines digital technology to explore. After constructing the index system of the level of college civic education and education management respectively, the index system is normalized, and the coupling level of college civic education and education management is measured by combining the objective empowerment method. Based on the coupling path of the two, the SCIR model is introduced to construct the digital information dissemination model of DR-SCIR social network to explore the synergistic dissemination of the two. On this basis, taking colleges and universities in location S as an example, the digital communication mechanism of the two is analyzed while exploring the level of coupling between college civic education and education management. The results show that the coupling level between the level of college civic and political education and the level of education management are all above 0.9 during 2013-2022 in place S, which is in the highly coupled interval, while the coupling coordination degree in 2019 exceeds 0.5 for the first time. During the process of information dissemination rate increasing from 0.4 to 0.8, the peak value of the dissemination of the information dissemination state of the college’s civic and political education decreases by 0.04, which corresponds to the dissemination of the information dissemination state of the education management the peak value of dissemination of the state increases by 0.03. The paths of higher education, civic education, and education management compete to actively guide the overall development of students.
