Peer review

Two peer-reviews are normally required for each manuscript (double-blind review).
Double blind review, which means that review is double anonymized, reviewer doesn't know the identity of the author, and vice-versa.
Further evaluations will be necessary in case of significant differences between the reviewers. Decisions taken by the Editor of the Section are binding and conclusive.

Copyrights policy

All form to be filled in by authors submitting their work to the Journal are available at the website: http://www.piel21w.umlub.pl/forms/ The issue of copyrights are described in the publishing agreement which should be signed by the author at the stage of submission.
