Peer review process

Journal follows a double-blind review process.
The final decision to publish or reject an article and the selection of reviewers is made by the Editor-in-Chief.
Reviewers are selected by the Editor-in-Chief from a list of regular reviewers, and there are also reviewers selected on an ad hoc basis.
All reviewers are experts in a particular area of law (civil law, civil procedure, criminal law, criminal procedure, labor law, administrative law, administrative procedure, constitutional law, tax law, commercial law, copyright law, etc.).
The Editor-in-Chief selects reviewers for a given article from among specialists in a given area of law, i.e., for example if the article concerns substantive criminal law, the Editor-in-Chief selects a reviewer (usually a professor or PhD) who specializes in this field.
