Manuscript submission

Submission of a manuscript to our Journal implies that it has not been published nor will be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere; if a preliminary form of the paper has appeared in a conference proceedings, this fact must be indicated clearly in a footnote on the first page of the paper.

The submission has to be approved by all of the authors and they have to agree to the automatic transfer of copyright to the publisher.

Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through the online manuscript submission system available at https://bipi.tuiasi.ro/mf.

When submitting, there are no strict formatting requirements, but all manuscripts must contain the required sections: Author Information, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions, Figures and Tables with Captions, Funding Information

Your references may be in any style, provided that you use the consistent formatting throughout. It is essential to include author(s) name(s), journal or book title, article or chapter title (where required), year of publication, volume and issue (where appropriate) and pagination. DOI numbers (Digital Object Identifier) are not mandatory, but highly encouraged.

Each submission is processed by a member of the Editorial Board who usually asks one-two additional reviewers to provide reviews. When a decision for publication is made, a written notification is e-mailed to the corresponding author.

After acceptance, you will be requested to format the manuscript according to the journal guidelines, using the journal's style package (please see Instructions for Authors and Template).

BULLETIN OF THE POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE FROM IAȘI. Section Mathematics Theoretical Mechanics. Physics (BIPMF) provides immediate open access to published content in support of the idea that free access to research helps support the exchange of knowledge and ideas. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of the articles or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. All articles will be published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided that the Contribution is properly cited, the use is non-commercial and no modifications or adaptations are made. In order to lower barriers to publication for authors, BIPMF does not charge any form of author fees.
