This paper proposes a mathematical model of multiple regression analysis of basketball shooting percentage. We give the numerical solution for the shooting angle under given solution conditions by solving the equation. From this, the optimal shooting speed and cut-off shooting speed under the shooting at a given point are obtained. At the same time, we analyze the laws of basketball movement in several different forms of rotation. The article combines Matlab software for verification to get the best angle of entry and the best shooting distance and speed.

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In the paper we present results of accuracy evaluation of numerous numerical algorithms for the numerical approximation of the Inverse Laplace Transform. The selected algorithms represent diverse lines of approach to this problem and include methods by Stehfest, Abate and Whitt, Vlach and Singhai, De Hoog, Talbot, Zakian and a one in which the FFT is applied for the Fourier series convergence acceleration. We use C++ and Python languages with arbitrary precision mathematical libraries to address some crucial issues of numerical implementation. The test set includes Laplace transforms considered as difficult to compute as well as some others commonly applied in fractional calculus. Evaluation results enable to conclude that the Talbot method which involves deformed Bromwich contour integration, the De Hoog and the Abate and Whitt methods using Fourier series expansion with accelerated convergence can be assumed as general purpose high-accuracy algorithms. They can be applied to a wide variety of inversion problems.</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In computational chemistry, the molecular structures are modelled as graphs which are called the molecular graphs. In these graphs, each vertex represents an atom and each edge denotes covalent bound between atoms. It is shown that the topological indices defined on the molecular graphs can reflect the chemical characteristics of chemical compounds and drugs. In this paper, we report several degree based indices of some widely used chemical molecular structures by means of edge dividing technology.</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In this paper we study a nonlinear multi-dimensional partial differential equation, namely, a generalized second extended (3+1)-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa equation. We perform symmetry reductions of this equation until it reduces to a nonlinear fourth-order ordinary differential equation. The general solution of this ordinary differential equation is obtained in terms of the Weierstrass zeta function. Also travelling wave solutions are derived using the simplest equation method. Finally, the conservation laws of the underlying equation are computed by employing the conservation theorem due to Ibragimov, which include conservation of energy and conservation of momentum laws.</abstract>

Solutions and conservation laws of a generalized second extended (3+1)-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa equation

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In this paper, we use a time splitting method with higher-order accuracy for the solutions (in space variables) of a class of two-dimensional semi-linear parabolic equations. Galerkin-Chebyshev pseudo spectral method is used for discretization of the spatial derivatives, and implicit Euler method is used for temporal discretization. In addition, we use this novel method to solve the well-known semi-linear Poisson-Boltzmann (PB) model equation and obtain solutions with higher-order accuracy. Furthermore, we compare the results obtained by our method for the semi-linear parabolic equation with the available analytical results in the literature for some special cases, and found excellent agreement. Furthermore, our new technique is also applicable for three-dimensional problems.</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In this paper we study a (2+1)-dimensional coupling system with the Korteweg-de Vries equation, which is associated with non-semisimple matrix Lie algebras. Its Lax-pair and bi-Hamiltonian formulation were obtained and presented in the literature. We utilize Lie symmetry analysis along with the (<italic>G</italic>′/<italic>G</italic>)–expansion method to obtain travelling wave solutions of this system. Furthermore, conservation laws are constructed using the multiplier method.</abstract>

Based on Chebyshev spectral collocation and numerical techniques for handling highly oscillatory integrals, we propose a numerical method for a class of highly oscillatory Volterra integral equations frequently encountered in engineering applications. Specifically, we interpolate the unknown function at Chebyshev points, and substitute these points into the integral equation, resulting in a system of linear equations. The highly oscillatory integrals are treated using either the numerical steepest descent method or the Filon-Clenshaw-Curtis method. Additionally, we derive an error estimation formula for this method using error analysis techniques and validate the convergence and effectiveness of the proposed approach through numerical examples.

On the Chebyshev spectral collocation method for the solution of highly oscillatory Volterra integral equations of the second kind

Subjectivity is one of the essential features of discourse. A framework for analyzing subjectivity was constructed, and based on the framework, contrastive analysis of subjectivity in political discourse was explored. Both the method of introspection in linguistics and the statistical method in mathematics were employed. Our findings demonstrate that (1) concerning speaker’s perspective, the person deixis “we/us” and the distance deixis “this” are largely used in the two inaugural addresses, but Obama uses the person deixis “they/them” to show his respect for the selfless Americans, while Trump uses the person deixis “you” more to show his desire to win support; (2) concerning speaker’s emotion, both Presidents use positive adjectives frequently. However, Obama used more negative adjectives in his inaugural address, expressing his concern about the current dilemma. Trump uses emphatic adjectives more often, showing Trump’s emphasis on justice; (3) concerning the speaker’s cognition, both Presidents make extensive use of the dynamic modal verb “will” to reduce public resistance to their development plans. Obama uses the dynamic modal verb “can” to show his sober cognition of the current conditions of the United States, while Trump uses the epistemic modal verb “will” to express his confidence in future development. The study lays a theoretical foundation for the contrastive analysis of subjectivity in political discourse.

In the context of the rapid development of the Internet, the digital economy has become an important growth engine, which has an important impact on the optimization of resource allocation. This paper takes the digital economy for resource allocation efficiency as the research framework and explores the impact mechanism of the digital economy from the perspective of factor flow. After relevant data research, the development capacity of the digital economy has an important positive impact on both capital and labor dimensions in terms of resource allocation, and the digital economy can balance the way of resource allocation in different regions under the perspective of factor mobility. The current analysis of regional heterogeneity shows that the impact of the digital economy in China’s inland regions is higher than that in China’s coastal regions. Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that it is necessary to further develop digital technology, promote the deepening reform of government policies, regulations, and institutions, and promote the reform of the factor market, to enhance the efficiency enhancement of the digital economy in the allocation of resources.

As the main service target of recreational fishery operators, customers’ willingness to revisit has a profound impact on stimulating the rapid development of recreational fishery. However, there is currently little research on the influencing factors and improvement strategies of recreational fishery customers’ willingness to revisit from the perspective of perceived value. This article selects 500 customers participating in recreational fishing in Chun’an County and Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province, China as the research objects, and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the influencing factors of recreational fishing customers’ willingness to revisit. Research has found that: (1) Economic value and experiential value play a core role in four conditional configurations that lead to high customer revisit intention, and are key factors affecting the high revisit intention of recreational fishing customers; (2) two conditional configurations lead to low revisit intention of recreational fishery customers, and the lack of economic value plays a core role in these two conditional configurations, which are the key factors affecting the low revisit intention of recreational fishery customers; (3) Based on the controllability of conditional factors, it can be concluded that providing economically applicable and experiential recreational fishery services is the best strategy to enhance customers’ willingness to revisit. This study, under the synergistic effect of multiple conditions, reveals the complexity of factors influencing customer revisit intention. Setting reasonable charging standards and improving customer experience are inevitable choices to enhance the revisit intention of recreational fishing customers.

This article constructs a closed-loop supply chain system including a single manufacturer and a single retailer and studies the optimal decision problem of enterprises under three different carbon reduction policies. Three supply chain game models were constructed to research the impact of different carbon reduction policies on the decisions of supply chain members. The results revealed that:(1) The carbon emission reduction level of the manufacturer is negatively correlated with the recycling price of used products and the abatement cost factor;(2) When the carbon trading price is equal to the tax rate, the carbon cap and trade policy is more conducive to promoting the manufacturer to improve the level of carbon emission reduction;(3) When the carbon trading price is low, mixed carbon policy is more favorable for the manufacturer to increase its carbon emission reduction. The research results of this study can provide certain suggestions for the government to implement a reasonable carbon reduction policy.

The integration of renewable energy sources into the power grid, especially photovoltaic (PV) systems, has seen a significant upsurge due to the global push for sustainable energy. However, the variable nature of solar energy poses unique challenges in the effective management and control of PV power generation. This study introduces an innovative approach to intelligent decision-making in PV power generation control, leveraging deep learning techniques for temporal data feature modeling. By collecting and analyzing time-series data from PV systems, the proposed method utilizes feature neural computing to model the inherent characteristics of the data, facilitating effective temporal feature classification. The classification results are then employed to inform intelligent control strategies, optimizing the efficiency and reliability of PV power generation. This article proposes an end-to-end neural network structure that can simultaneously mine multi-scale local information and global temporal correlation information in sequences. This structure is primarily achieved through a module. The module consists of two parallel branches. One branch improves the InceptionTime module with depthwise separable convolution to extract multi-scale subsequence information. The other branch employs multi-head self-attention technology with added layer positional encoding to extract global temporal correlation information in sequences.

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>In this paper, our aim is to generalize the truncated M-fractional derivative which was recently introduced [Sousa and de Oliveira, A new truncated M-fractional derivative type unifying some fractional derivative types with classical properties, Inter. of Jour. Analy. and Appl., 16 (1), 83–96, 2018]. To do that, we used generalized M-series, which has a more general form than Mittag-Leffler and hypergeometric functions. We called this generalization as truncated ℳ-series fractional derivative. This new derivative generalizes several fractional derivatives and satisfies important properties of the integer-order derivatives. Finally, we obtain the analytical solutions of some ℳ-series fractional differential equations.</abstract>

In this manuscript, the application of the extended sinh-Gordon equation expansion method to the Davey-Stewartson equation and the (2+1)-dimensional nonlinear complex coupled Maccari system is presented. The Davey-Stewartson equation arises as a result of multiple-scale analysis of modulated nonlinear surface gravity waves propagating over a horizontal seabed and the (2+1)-dimensional nonlinear complex coupled Maccari equation describes the motion of the isolated waves, localized in a small part of space, in many fields such as hydrodynamic, plasma physics, nonlinear optics. We successfully construct some soliton, singular soliton and singular periodic wave solutions to these two nonlinear complex models. The 2D, 3D and contour graphs to some of the obtained solutions are presented.
