is a double-blind procedure, and there are two, occasionally more reviewers evaluating the manuscripts. Their acceptance is based on approval by the core of Editorial Board, whose members may still have recommendations for the authors to complete their work.
Periodicity
As of 2021, the journal has changed to Open Volume, i.e. there are no more four issues per year published but the manuscripts are continually added after approval and acceptance.
