<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>Factors, which determine the structure and the parameters of secured information-telecommunication system, have been identified. The concept of mathematical modelling of secured information- telecommunication system has been defined. Optimisation factor and criterion of information- telecommunication system have been proposed. Equations of sensitivity, which differ from the known ones by taking into account small changes in the internal parameters of the system under the influence of external factors, are clarified.</p></abstract>
