The main objective of the research summarized in this article is based on a new methodological approach regarding the exhaustive analysis of auxiliary/partial ventilation systems in order to optimize their operation with a decisive and pro-active role in terms of ensuring safety and health at work. The intended result consists in the identification of the specific constructive elements of industrial ventilation installations for the efficiency of their operation. It was also aimed at identifying and establishing the necessary mathematical tools in order to establish the optimal flow regime, the geometric and aerodynamic characteristics specific to the mono or multifilar ventilation piping, as well as the establishment of the optimal operating characteristics specific to the fan-motor aggregates, including regarding the geometric shape and the specific aerodynamic characteristics, through the developed case study.
