In the situation of changing environment in higher education demands in Central Europe and worldwide with requirements for different types of delivery, it is necessary manage focus on quality of in all possible variants of teaching-learning process. This paper brings case study of Czech business university, where the shift to online delivery and efficient change management brought exponential increase of enrollment. The policies used are discussed, along with the results of students’ evaluation. The aim is to define successful approach of university change management to utilize the impact of interruptions, crisis or unexpected change for innovation of education process and knowledge. The data collection aimed at period from 2019 to 2022. Significant factors influencing quality perception by students who attract their peers are presented: flexible administration, teaching and examination, online accessible materials, upskilled faculty along with individualized student-centered approach, new technology and distance teaching skills.
