The improvement path of international Chinese education management in universities based on big data technology

According to the neighborhood rating data, the iu-User CF algorithm provides users with more qualified items. The experimental analysis results show that the algorithm maintains more than 90% accuracy and stability. It shows that the system library of the algorithm is stable and efficient.
