Psychological emotion is a solid and concrete psychological activity, and it is the general name of a group of subjective cognitive experiences. Emotion is a kind of mental activity, which is regulated by the individual’s will. It will change with the stimulus of different events or situations. In recent years, with the continuous development of EEG technology and the sensitivity of EEG to emotion recognition, emotion recognition research under EEG has gradually become a hot spot. In this paper, we conducted a survey of the effect of exercise on emotion regulation based on EEG signals. In the comparative experiment of aerobic exercise, we draw the conclusion that acute aerobic exercise can effectively improve mood, and at the same time, detailed analysis shows the difference in the way of enhancing mood under different circumstances. In the study of the long-term comparative experiment of aerobic exercise habit, this paper proposes for the first time to construct an emotion recognition model to analyze the influence of aerobic exercise on emotion regulation, which provides a new prevention method for the prevention and control of negative emotions, and has high practical value.
