<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

<p>In the context of the rapid development of the Internet, the digital economy has become an important growth engine, which has an important impact on the optimization of resource allocation. This paper takes the digital economy for resource allocation efficiency as the research framework and explores the impact mechanism of the digital economy from the perspective of factor flow. After relevant data research, the development capacity of the digital economy has an important positive impact on both capital and labor dimensions in terms of resource allocation, and the digital economy can balance the way of resource allocation in different regions under the perspective of factor mobility. The current analysis of regional heterogeneity shows that the impact of the digital economy in China’s inland regions is higher than that in China’s coastal regions. Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that it is necessary to further develop digital technology, promote the deepening reform of government policies, regulations, and institutions, and promote the reform of the factor market, to enhance the efficiency enhancement of the digital economy in the allocation of resources.</p>
