The results of the situational analysis allow to identify priorities and objectives on the one hand and to assist in the selection of development guidelines on the other. The purpose of the following report is to optimize the process of training the tracked vehicles driver in the Bulgarian Army by defining an indicated vector in a SWOT quadrant and identifying development strategies</p></abstract>
