<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>With the present scientific endeavour, we propose a new doctrinal approach on the resale right in terms of both legal acts that generate a resale right and how the regulation of resale rights regulates social relationships between a holder of the right and his/her debtors.
