<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>A total of 45 lizards <italic>(Acanthodactylus harranensis</italic> [n = 15], <italic>Acanthodacthylus schreiberi</italic> [n = 9] and <italic>Mesalina brevirostris</italic> [n = 21]) were collected from South and Southeastern Regions of Turkey and examined for helminth fauna. <italic>Acanthodactylus harranensis</italic> harbored 1 species of Nematoda <italic>(Skrjabinodon</italic> sp.), 1 species of Cestoda <italic>(Oochoristica tuberculata)</italic> and 1 species of Acanthocephala <italic>(Centrorhynchus</italic> sp. [cystacanth]). <italic>Acanthodactylus schreiberi</italic> harbored unidentified cysticercoids. <italic>Mesalina brevirostris</italic> harbored 1 species of Nematoda <italic>(Spauligodon saxicolae)</italic>. All lizards represents new host records for the helminths reported in this study.</p></abstract>
