The 2008 Financial Recession was one of the most significant fiscal downturns in the history of the United States. Considering that the world is in the midst of a global pandemic which may lead to another adverse economic climate, I believe that looking back at the causes of the 2008 Financial Recession is recommended. This may assist administrators to avoid the missteps which sparked this down economy in the future. By reading this paper, readers will also learn about the demographics effected by the recession and the Dodd-Frank Act, which was drafted to combat future occurrences of this nature.

The research used survey method by giving questionnaires to 60 married female nurses from several Hospitals in Bandung. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyse the relation between variables. The measurements of WFC are WIF & FIW. The measurements of Performance are Quality, Quantity, Punctuality, Cost effectiveness, Supervision needs, Interpersonal impact, Communication (oral-written), Job understanding / personal effectiveness, Teamwork, Achievement of performance results, Initiative / commitment. WIF has significant and negative impact on Performance of Working Women, the impact is about 46.7% (moderate). FIW has significant and negative impact on Performance of Working Women, the impact is about 42.4% (moderate). At the beginning of 2021, the Internet was used to spread words to incite insurrection and violence through social media, incited a pro-Trump mob riot into a U.S. Capitol building. Furthermore, due to recent acts of domestic terrorism in Texas, New Zealand, and California, police authorities have begun investigating social media presence that premeditated harmful acts. In all three instances, the shooters posted their manifesto online and had a presence on 8chan. The common thread among all shooters is their identification as a white nationalist and their social media site affiliation with Infinitechan, where they hid their radical ideas. Similarities in the shooters’ profiles include their perceived viewpoints of population groups regarding their political, ethnic, and social identities. This paper will provide insight into the forums where domestic terrorists spread their agendas. It will also set the foundation for further research towards a strategic algorithm that compiles and analyses relevant users’ profiles by using OSINT and data analytics techniques).
The purpose of this study is to look at the influence of experiential quality on revisit intention through experiential satisfaction. The population in this study is tourists, of an unknown population number, who have already visited Lake Toba. Based on Malhotra’s theory, with the number of respondents of 324, the sampling method used is accidental sampling. The data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis of PLS-SEM using Smart-PLS software. The results of this study show that experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on experiential satisfaction variables. Experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on variable revisit intention, and experiential satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on variable revisit intention through experiential satisfaction. The implication of this research is that experience is an important thing to research where good and bad experiences can make tourists revisit to the visited tourist attractions.
This study applies the generalized sub ADF (GSADF) tests to investigate whether bubbles exist in the United States markets over the period of 2015-2019, focusing on the COVID-19 period. We use daily Dow-Jones stock price indexes for the first time during the time period of 2015/1/7-2020/3/17. Empirical results demonstrate the existence of bubbles in the US stock market during some sub-sample time periods. Especially important, we find the third bubble begins from 2020/2/26 and grows gradually, not bursting until recently, a situation that is ongoing in the US market. Our results have important policy implications for investors who attempt to invest in the US stock market

In the management of free fee basic education, head masters, mistress and head teachers in Singida and Ruangwa districts are successful in overcoming the challenges of free fee basic education while there is improved community participation in the management of management of contracted services in Ulanga district council. This paper recommends for reviewing and analysing how D by D has enhanced management of waste collection, the use of Government electronic Payment Gateway (GePG) in revenue collection and the efficiency and effectiveness of Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency (TARURA).

Food is essential for human survival, and ensuring its availability is critical. Waqf is present as one of supporting institutions that supports food security. This paper aims to see how waqf can contribute to the food security of a community. Waqf, in its sense is an Islamic philanthropic institution that focus on welfare of Muslim. As a Muslim, it is important to safeguard one’s life as stated in Maqasid As Shariah. This paper employs systematic literature review to see the contribution of waqf through syirkah (partnership) for community food security. Syirkah plays its role as a connector between waqf and food security, with farmers at its spearhead. Syirkah is chosen because it is compatible with farmer’s business and waqf may serve to their business sustainability in general, and farmer’s livelihood in particular. The ultimate goal of this concept is to achieve stability in the supply of staple food which leads to its price stability, hence staple food is available and accessible to all. Furthermore, the stability achieved will reduce the burden of government to provide staple food in times of crisis and to promote welfare and better social cohesion of a community.
